The active Collegiate Real Estate Agents are entitled to provide expert opinions about the Property market, as it is established in the Royal Decree 1294/2007 that approved the General Statutes of the Official Association of the Real Estate Property and of their General Counsel.
The listed expert board is renewed annually by the request of the applicant from the October 1st to November 15, and it is voluntary. The API belonging to the demarcation of this District Association and the registered on previous annuities, receive annually the documentation so they can request the inscription on that duty and listings.
In regards to the Real Estate Agents from other COAPI which desire to participate on this duty, can download her the application form 
and send it by mail to coapi@apialicante.com, within the schedule time, as well as the collegiate certificate from your Association and the proof of payment of the registration fee.
The payment can be in cash or you can ask for the bank account number for the deposit.
The inscription and renewal in the duty and listing is annual, both for the collegiate members from this COAPI Alicante and for those belongings to other API Associations
